Moonbear's Sardine Dip

1 flat sardines in olive oil
1 small flat anchovies in olive oil
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
juice of one lemon
1 tbsp. dry dill
salt and pepper to taste

Whirl everything in a blender or food processor. Add cream cheese to thicken, if necessary. Serve with crackers and/or veggies, and a crisp cold white wine. (Alcohol complements omega-3s, doesn't it?)
